For EFT payments, a Direct Deposit Advice containing the contract number and other payment information will be mailed out by the State Controller's Office separately. You may receive this document 2 to 3 days after the ACH deposit.

To use this site enter your Contract/EA number in the box below, then press 'Go to Contract'. Alternate methods of getting to this data are to click on Contractor List or Contract Listing by District.

The Department of Transportation is upgrading its financial management system. The cutover to the upgraded version is scheduled to occur between October 10th thru October 21st. Estimate payments will not be processed during this time. If a copy of a future Detail or Voucher Estimate is needed during this cutover period, please email the Resident Engineer or District Contacts (PDF)
